- Performance analysis of the solution.
- Decomposing and documenting Feedbacks from clients.
- Incorporating learnings into an incremental version of the product/project
Who is a Business Analyst?
Business Analyst is someone who is responsible for bridging the gap between the stakeholder and the company. Responsibilities of a Business Analyst include:
- Facilitating the interaction between the stakeholders and technical people.
- Taking initiatives to improve the business processes to benefit the business in terms of either profit, functionality or both.
- Should keep oneself updated with the latest trends in terms of business as well as technology.
- Critically evaluate and decompose high-level information into detail.
- Providing insightful reports with appropriate visuals and graphs for better business analysis.
As I found that Business Analysis is performed on a variety of initiatives within an enterprise, also can be performed with a diverse of perspectives. Business Analysis is to define needs and recommend the solutions to the stakeholders. Business Analysis in our organization must be the one who can responsible for discovering, analyzing the information. They are also responsible for preparing and writing the report to the team leader and the stakeholders. They also have to provide the solutions to the IT technical team and have to improve the existing system.

Business analyst help organisations to do business better by also facilitating stakeholder collaboration. In IG Wealth Management, the main responsibility of a business analyst is to provide management, financial and departmental tasks to make timely decisions.
We can also define Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between IT and business using data analytic. It also help in improving business by improving processes, products, services and software through data analysis.In IG wealth management, business analyst should have knowledge of accounting and Microsoft Office program and also problem solving skills.
